What is the Business Builders Conference?
The Business Builders Conference is specifically designed for our Close To My Heart Leaders. Get ready for two days of incredible business classes and a creative class to help you to achieve your goals as a Leader!
You will participate in brainstorming, networking and creative segments and hear from your fellow Leaders about how they are driving success in their businesses. You’re sure to come away with loads of great ideas, inspiration, new friends, and motivation to take your business to new heights.

All Managers and above as well as incentive trip earners are invited to attend!

When and where will the event be held?
The Business Builders Conference will be held 11-12 October 2019 at the RACV Hobart Hotel, 154-156 Collins Street, Hobart, Tasmania.

Will the hotel offer a special accommodation rate for Close To My Heart delegates?
The delegate rate is $217 AUD (this includes GST) per room, per night, which includes a full buffet breakfast for one guest. The buffet for additional guests can be paid for at the time of service. All standard rooms are configured with either one king bed or two king single beds. The maximum number of registered persons in this room type is two. Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. All rooms are subject to availability. To book a room, please call the hotel at +61 3 6270 8600.

When and how do I register?
The online registration will be available from 9:00 am (AET) on 2 May 2019 until 11:59 pm (AET) on Wednesday, 4 September 2019, or until space is full. To register, visit the registration page. We will not be able to accept late registrations so be sure to register as soon as possible to guarantee your place!

What is the Conference registration fee and what does it cover?
The registration fee for the Conference is $195 AUD. This includes two days of fantastic business classes and a creative segment, morning tea and lunch on both Friday and Saturday. Travel, all other meals and hotel accommodations are not included. Free wireless internet is available for casual usage at the hotel.

Is there a waiting list for Conference registration if the event sells out?
No, however you can check the all Consultant Facebook group. People who register and then find themselves unable to attend typically sell their registration there.

What if I want to cancel my registration?
If you choose to cancel your registration, you may do so as long as registration is still open (it may close sooner than 4 September 2019 if space is full). There is a $50 AUD cancelation fee. Simply contact Consultant Services by email at ctmhoffice@closetomyheart.com.au and they will process your request. Your credit card will be refunded minus the cancelation fee. You may sell or transfer your registration to another Consultant that holds the title of Manager or above, or to an incentive trip earner at no expense any time before the event.

Is there an event product bundle and is it compulsory?
No additional product bundles will be required to purchase for this event.

Can I request special dietary needs for the meals provided during the event?
Yes, however the hotel is only able to accommodate the special dietary requests that are listed on the registration page. If you have additional dietary restrictions, please plan on making other meal arrangements.

What should I wear to the event?
Casual business attire is suggested for all sessions.

By what title will I be recognized at the event?
Your title will be the official title you have reached by 30 September 2019.
