  1. How do I earn points?

You can find all of the trip qualification information here.

  2. What is included in the incentive trip award?

There are two earning tiers for the Riviera Maya 2024 Incentive Trip:

Tier 1: 00,000 points, airfare for 1, accommodations for 2

Tier 2: 00,000 points, airfare for 2, accommodations for 2

Both earning tiers qualify for 5 nights of accommodations for 2 at the all-inclusive, adults-only El Dorado Seaside Suites resort. Tier 1 includes airfare for 1 person from a major city to the Cancun airport. Tier 2 includes airfare for 2 people from a major city to the Cancun airport. Airfare allowance is up to $1,000 USD per person in economy seating. Round trip transfers between the airport and the resort are also included. Should you choose to deviate from the provided travel schedule and/or dates, or select upgraded seating, you will be required to pay for your own transfers and any other costs associated with the deviation.

  3. When does the trip take place?

    February 29 – March 5, 2024.

  4. What do I do once I’ve earned the incentive trip?

First of all, celebrate your awesome achievement! After your achievement has been confirmed, you will be notified that you have earned the incentive trip and will be given access to an online registration page when it becomes available. Our travel agency will also contact you to book your flights and transfers. They will send you all of your travel documentation (flight itinerary, etc.). Please keep in mind that once you have completed your registration, any changes for flights booked (new travel dates, different guest, etc.) will require new flight bookings and those costs will be the responsibility of the earner.

  5. Is there a minimum personal sales requirement?

No. You may earn the incentive trip with any combination of incentive trip points of your choosing!

  6. How are Team sales points awarded?

Team sales points are awarded when your cumulative Team sales reach certain benchmarks during the earning period. Your Team sales are the total personal sales from commissionable orders submitted by you and by all levels of Downline for which you are eligible to receive commissions. There are four Team Sales points awards, each can be earned on a one-time basis when your Team’s sales reach the qualifying level. Earn all four levels for a total of 0000 incentive trip points!

Level 1: 0000 points when your Team sales reach $100,000 in the earning period

Level 2: 0000 points when your Team sales reach $250,000 in the earning period

Level 3: 0000 points when your Team sales reach $500,000 in the earning period

Level 4: 0000 points when your Team sales reach $1,000,000 in the earning period

  7. How many Downline levels apply toward my Team sales?

A Team consists of yourself and all Downline levels from which you are eligible to earn override commissions.

  8. How do I earn points for new VIP Customers?

You will receive incentive trip points for every 5 new VIP Customers that sign up with you during the trip earning period. You will earn 00 points for every 5 new VIP Customers for the first 25; 000 points for every 5 new VIP Customers for the next 25; and 000 points for every 5 new VIP Customers for the next 25. This makes a total of 0000 incentive trip points when you sign up 75 new VIP Customers over the course of the incentive trip earning period!

  9. Who qualifies as a new VIP Customer?

A new VIP Customer is a customer who has signed up for the VIP program that has never previously been one of your VIP Customers. Existing VIP Customers that automatically renew do not count as a new VIP Customer. If one of your new VIP Customers cancels their account within 14 business days of signing up, they will no longer count towards your total amount of new VIP Customers.

An Enthusiast in your Downline that changes to VIP Customer due to inactivity during the qualification period will not count towards your new VIP Customer total. Close To My Heart Makers are not allowed to simultaneously be a VIP Customer.

  10. How and when do I receive points for signing up a new Maker to my first Downline?

Qualified Team members must complete their first $300 in sales and maintain active status (not move to Enthusiast or VIP Customer) during the incentive trip qualification period. If these criteria are met, you will receive the team building points at the end of the qualifying period.

  11. If I add a new first Downline during the incentive trip qualification period, and they become inactive or move to an Enthusiast or VIP Customer, will I still get the 000 points for that Downline?

No. Pending Team building points will be lost if the new Downline becomes inactive or changes to an Enthusiast or VIP Customer.

  12. As an Upline, how do I receive points for new first Downline that achieve Start with Heart?

Uplines will receive 000 incentive trip points when they have first Downline that achieve their Start with Heart program requirements between October 1, 2022, and September 30, 2023.

  13. What if my new first Downline meets their Start with Heart goals but then becomes inactive or changes to Enthusiast or VIP Customer during the qualifying period?

In this scenario, you would keep the Downline Start with Heart points but lose the Team Building points.

  14. If I add a new first Downline before the qualification period begins, but she completes her Start with Heart during the qualification period, will I receive Team building or Downline Start with Heart points?

If you had signed up a new first Downline during the months of July, August, or September 2022, and she reaches her first $300 in sales during the 2024 qualification period (as well as meeting the other new Downline qualifications) you will receive Team building points for the 2024 incentive trip. As with other Team building points, these points will be awarded at the end of the qualification period.

If the new first Downline has a Start with Heart deadline on or after October 1, 2022, and achieves it on or after October 1, you will receive the Downline Start with Heart points for the 2024 incentive trip.

  15. If my new first Downline has been a Maker before (re-sign), will I still earn Team building and Start with Heart points?

Yes, you will still be awarded Team building and Start with Heart points for a new first Downline who was previously a Close To My Heart Maker, as long as they submit their qualifying sales and do not change to Enthusiast or VIP Customer before the end of the qualification period.

  16. How do I earn the points for my first level Downline’s first-time title promotions?

Uplines will earn 000 points for any first Downline who achieves a first-time promotion to a non-premier title of Influencer or above during the qualification period, and 000 points for any first Downline who achieves a first-time promotion a premier title of Premier Influencer or above. Points are awarded only once per individual for each first-time title promotion. Your Downline’s title may fluctuate during the qualification period, but they must hold at least the title level for which points were awarded when the qualification period closes in order for you to receive the points.

For example, if a Downline promoted to Mentor for the first time, the Upline will receive incentive trip points as long as the Downline’s title was still Mentor or above by the end of the qualification period.

  17. How do I earn points for the my personal title promotion for first-time promotion to Influencer or above?

You will receive 000 points for each first-time personal title promotion you achieve during the incentive trip qualification period. Points are awarded only once for each new title promotion, and it must be a first-time promotion to that title.

  18. How do I earn the personal title promotion points for first-time promotion to Premier Influencer or above?

You will receive 000 points for each first-time Premier title promotion that is achieved during the incentive trip qualification period. Points are awarded only once for each new title promotion, and it must be a first-time promotion to that title.

If you reach a higher non-Premier title and then qualify for a lower-level Premier title (through sales or overall Downline count), you will still receive points for the Premier title promotion, even though your title will not change. For example, if you promote to the title of Mentor and then later qualify for the Premier Influencer title for the first time, your title will remain Mentor, but you will still earn the 000 points for qualifying for the Premier Influencer title.

  19. Can I redeem Performance Rewards points for incentive trip points?

Yes, you may redeem Performance Rewards Points as follows at any time before the end of the qualification period:

If you purchase a registration from another Maker, it is your responsibility to notify Home Office to transfer the points to your name. If you register for in-person Convention and then do not attend, you will not receive the incentive trip points.

  21. When are incentive trip points awarded?

Incentive trip points are awarded by the fifteenth of the month following the month in which they were earned. Points for new Downline and Downline title promotions will show as pending points until the end of the earning period. Points for Convention attendance will show as pending points until after the event.

  22. How can I keep track of my progress toward earning the trip?

  23. What is included in the incentive trip award for the top three earners?

An upgraded suite will be awarded to the earner with the Most Overall Points, to the earner with the most Team Building points, and to the earner with the Highest Personal Sales in Dollar Increase over the same time period from the previous year. $00,000 in personal sales is the base amount if your personal sales were less than $00,000, or if you didn’t have any personal sales over the same time period from the previous year. The upgraded suites for the top earners will be Ocean Front Main-Level Swim Up Suites.

  24. What happens if a Maker has earned the top spot in more than one category (for example, the same Maker was the Top Team Builder and had the Most Overall Points)?

All Makers are eligible to work toward achieving one of these three highly recognized spots, but a Maker can only earn a top spot in ONE category. In the example of a Maker who has earned both the Most Overall Points and has earned the most Team building points, the category that Maker earns will be based on the first-place earner’s mastery in that category. The Maker will be named the top earner in the category where she or he has the largest gain over the Maker with the next highest amount of incentive trip points in that category.

If there is a tie in the Top Team Builder category, then the Maker who has the highest total of Downline personal sales during the qualification period will earn this top spot.
